What Is Emotion Code?

The emotion code is a practice in which you find and release any negative emotions that are trapped within you. These emotions act as a weapon to your subconscious mind to protect you from further pain you may experience.

These trapped emotions may cause you to:

  • Self-sabotage
  • Internalize feelings
  • Push away loved ones
  • Feel hopeless

What Causes Trapped Emotions?

Trapped emotions can root from many different traumatic events, and they will vary from person to person.

Some examples include:

  • Death of a loved one
  • Abuse
  • Abandonment
  • Rejection
  • Divorce or break-up
  • Sexual assault

Over time, your trapped emotions can affect not only your mental health but your physical health as well. 

What Does an Emotion Code Practitioner Do?

Your emotion code practitioner would be there to help and support you through the whole process. There are really only four steps to the process. 

  1. Discover
  2. Expose
  3. Release
  4. Empower

Your subconscious mind is known as the computer system of your body. If you can find the problem in the computer system (the subconscious mind), you'll be able to troubleshoot (release the trapped emotions) and fix the program (you and your health). 

To discover and expose your trapped emotions, your emotion code practitioner will ask hard questions to find out more about your trapped emotions. After your emotions have been exposed, your practitioner will use a mix of therapy magnets, muscle tests, and ancient Chinese medicine's energy meridians. The magnets are used to carry your practitioner's intention, which aids in releasing your trapped emotion. Your practitioner's intention enters your body via magnet, and the emotion is released instantaneously. It's thought that that trapped emotion will never return once it has been released; you will always be free from this emotion. 

How Do You Become an Emotion Code Practitioner?

There are many online courses that you can enroll in to become an emotion code practitioner. Each course is about 6 months in length. 

The first course you would need to take is a level 1 course. This means you're able to use this practice of emotion code on yourself, but not yet on others. You will, however, practice the process and techniques on people, but you will be learning and being coached. 

After completing the course for level 2, you will become a certified emotion code practitioner where you are able to begin performing this therapy on others and charge for your services.
