Restoring Your Pelvis To A Young Elvis State: What Pelvic Reconstructive Work You Need

by Freddie Cox

In his younger days, Elvis could really shake his pelvis, could he not? In fact, most people can move their pelvises rather well before childbirth and old age wreck them. If you would like to restore your pelvis to a younger Elvis state, here are the pelvic reconstructive surgeries you will need.

Vaginoplasty

Vaginoplasty cuts away some of the drooping, sagging, and/or excess vaginal tissue that is a direct result from pushing out too many children. The surgeon removes this bit of tissue, and then sews up the remaining tissue to make your vagina really tight. For obvious reasons, you cannot have sex for several weeks while this surgery heals and your vagina adjusts to its newly-restored tone.

Labiaplasty

Most women opt to have both vaginoplasty and labiaplasty at the same time to avoid a second surgery after the first. With labiaplasty, the lips of the labia are either made smaller if they are drooping and large, or they are made larger if they are too small to protect the vagina and the urinary tract from infections. The labial augmentation is very popular as it makes your labia look younger and fuller

Rectocele

A rectocele is a herniated rectum. Constant straining to defecate, combined with childbirthing can cause your rectum to push its way into the vaginal wall. If you currently have a sexual partner that tells you that he feels something "weird" during intercourse, it may be a rectocele. You will want to get that fixed as well if you are going for a full pelvic reconstruction.

Cystocele

If your partner informs you that he also feels something weird at the front of your vagina, you may have a cystocele as well. This is a herniated bladder that has pushed its way into the front wall of your vaginal. If you have both a cystocele and a rectocele, your partner may not be able to penetrate you fully, or he may feel as though the head of his penis is getting stuck and popping like a cork with every withdrawal motion. Fixing both of these pelvic issues will restore a more normal and natural sexual experience for the both of you.

After All of That

After you have completed all of the above surgeries (or at least the ones you needed), you will be able to move your pelvis like you did before the kids. Everything down below will feel tighter, stronger and more in place. Additionally, you will be able to avoid uterine, vaginal, anal, and bladder prolapses, which can be dangerous as well as embarrassing.

About Me

Coping with Chronic Health Conditions: Tips

Ever since I was a young girl, I have had bad asthma and allergies. I had to stay in the hospital several times when I was in elementary school just to help get my asthma under control and it seemed like I was trying medication after medication with little success. I don't remember all of my childhood health details, since I was so young, but my mother has "filled in the blanks" for me. Thanks to modern medicine and a natural remedy, my health conditions are currently under control and have been for a few years now. I am very grateful for my good health, and I want to "pay it back" to others by creating a blog where I will post my health tips. I hope I can help you learn how to achieve good health!
